Characteristics Of A Godly Leader

The Godly leader imitates Christ so that those who follow will become more like Christ.

A Godly leader is someone who will choose right, act right, think right, and seek what is correct so that others may follow them to what is right.

ALOYM leadership will purposefully cultivate Godly character in their own life to instill it into the lives of those they lead

A Godly leader is headed in the right direction and does their best not only to turn others from the wrong direction but also to show them the right path of Christ over the long term.

Godly leaders have the courage to seek and obey God and show others how to do the same in a world where very few seek God.

Godly leadership leads people toward what is important in life rather what is temporal ,fleeting and materialistic

Godly leadership looks to benefit others before themselves. Godly leaders put others ahead of themselves.

The Godly leader takes time to listen for the Holy Spirit to speak and lead and teaches others to do the same.

Godly leaders are genuine and sincere. They are honest, authentic, and the same whether they are seen or not.

ALOYM leaders are teachable. They will be humble and will hear and learn from others.

ALOYM leaders are expected to live their lives daily unto God with the (3 T’s which are TIME,TALENTS,TREASURES).

​ALOYM leaders , With the exceptions 0f ALOYM Pastors will have fellowship with a local church by serving, feeding the hungry, clothing the naked taking care of the widows and orphans and helping the poor.

ALOYM leaders are to be available for, meetings as scheduled.

ALOYM will pray and fast for their families and be an Godly example to everyone they encounter.

ALOYM will study and meditate on the Word daily so to have a tongue of a "ready writer", so they may defend the gospel of Jesus Christ.
